SP GLOBALSPORT, S.L. processes data for different purposes:

What is the legal basis for data processing?

The legal bases that allow us to process the data are:

  • Data necessary for sales management. Art. 6.1 b GDPR (data necessary for the development of the sales contract).
  • Newsletter management. Art. 6.1.a. GDPR (consent of the interested person)
  • Data obtained through the Web to inform interested persons about the distribution of our products. Art. 6.1.a. GDPR (consent of the interested person)
  • Processing of data obtained on the blog. Art. 6.1.a. GDPR (consent given by the interested person by accepting our privacy policy at the time of registering personal data in the corresponding form).
  • If the user decides to follow us voluntarily through the social network, we understand that they have given their informed consent. By becoming a fan of our page or profile on social networks, the user consents to the processing of their data within the environment of the respective social network. The type of data will depend on the privacy settings that the person has defined on their own profile.

How long do we keep the data?

The data will be kept as long as the purpose of the processing and the interest of the data owner remain, and consent can be revoked at any time. However, it is possible that they may be kept blocked to address responsibilities derived from the processing during the legal prescription periods.

At any time, the owner can revoke their consent for processing or request the deletion of the data, in which case the data will be canceled.

Regarding data processing derived from the use of social networks, the user can stop following our page or profile at any time using the system proposed by each social network. Previously provided data will not be used for other purposes.

What rights do the data subjects have?

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of them.

By consenting to the SMS/text messaging service of SP Globalsport SL, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of SP Globalsport SL through your mobile service provider to the number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. If you have subscribed to other mobile messaging programs from SP Globalsport SL and wish to cancel them, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions set forth in their respective mobile terms.

Mobile service providers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for errors in such information, and/or for any action you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.
